Dr. Richard Ort, M.D. founded Dermatology and Laser Institute of Colorado in 2001. Dr. Ort's goal was to provide outstanding dermatology care to residents of Denver and surrounding areas of Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Parker, Castle Rock, and Centennial. Our location in Lone Tree, near Park Meadows Mall, provides convenient access, ample parking, and a beautiful office setting with dedicated and friendly staff.

We provide advanced medical, surgical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology services in Denver. Our medical director, Dr. Richard Ort, has world-class Ivy-League training and completed a fellowship in dermatologic surgery at Harvard University. He has twenty years' experience in the field of dermatology.

Dr. Ort had the foresight to create the first Denver dermatology direct pay practice. "I started direct pay to help patients who cannot afford to see a doctor, such as those who have a high deductible or no insurance," explains Dr. Ort. "With our reasonable and transparent fees, we have increased patient access to high-quality dermatology care.
