We bill based on the total time of your visit. There are three pricing levels, depending on what services are provided. Whatever we can accomplish during the time of your visit is included in the fee. Payment is due at the time of service. This fee schedule does not apply to cosmetic services, which are not billed based on time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please review our Payment Policy for more information.
Our staff will help you decide how much time to schedule. There is a 15 minute minimum requirement for a new patient visit. You are considered a new patient if it has been over 3 years since your last visit in our office. Most established patient visits are from 10 - 15 minutes in duration. There is a 15 minute minimum for any visit with a skin biopsy, laser treatment, or a full body skin examination. Surgical excision typically requires from 30 - 60 minutes.
A basic office visit involving evaluation, examination, freezing, and/or prescription medication is billed as a Care Level 1 visit. Care Level 2 or 3 are billed when any of the procedures listed in the above table are performed. Some visits are billed with a combination of more than one Care Level.
