Specifically, the Dermatology & Laser Institute is located on the 1st floor ( Suite 175 ) of the Lone Tree Medical building.

• Lone Tree Medical building ( 9695 S Yosemite St ) is a three ( 3 ) story brick and stucco structure on the West side of Yosemite Street.
• It is directly North of a two ( 2 ) story brick professional building.

Closest neighborhood intersection: South Yosemite St & Troon Village Drive ( 1 street North of Lincoln Ave )

Closest neighborhood landmark: Safeway Shopping Center ( located at the NorthEast Corner of S Yosemite and Lincoln Ave )

Closest major tourist / visitor landmark: Park Meadows Mall ( the office is located approximately 1 1/2 miles South of the Park Meadows Mall )

PARKING
There is ample surface parking available on the west side of the building ( entrance driveway from Troon Village Dr ) and more limited parking on the east side of the building ( entrance driveway from southbound Yosemite St. only ).

Note: this portion of S Yosemite has a center median. This restricts access to the east side parking if you are traveling North from Lincoln Ave.

If you are traveling North from Lincoln Ave, it is best to turn left at Troon Village Drive and follow the curved road to the west-side driveway access ( ...the 3rd driveway on the right side of Troon Village Dr ).

DIRECTIONS

From the EAST ( Locations such as Centennial, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Parker, South Aurora )
Proceed West on Lincoln Ave to S Yosemite Street
Turn Right at the intersection of Lincoln Ave & S Yosemite St
Travel to the 1st traffic signal, Troon Village Dr
Turn Left onto Troon Village Dr
Follow the curved street to the 3rd driveway access on the right. This is the West entrance to the Lone Tree Medical building ( there is a small monument sign with Dermatology, Richard J Ort M.D.)

From the SOUTH ( Locations such as Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Larkspur, Colorado Springs )
Travel NORTH on I-25 to the Lincoln Ave Exit ( # 193 )
Stay in the Left Lane on the Exit Ramp
Turn Left onto Lincoln Ave
Proceed West on Lincoln Ave to S Yosemite Street ( 5th traffic signal )
Turn Right at the intersection of Lincoln Ave & S Yosemite St
Travel to the 1st traffic signal, Troon Village Dr
Turn Left onto Troon Village Dr
Follow the curved street to the 3rd driveway access on the right. This is the West entrance to the Lone Tree Medical building ( there is a small monument sign with Dermatology, Richard J Ort M.D.)

From the WEST ( Locations such as Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Englewood, Golden, Evergreen )
Access C-470 South
Travel on C-470 to the Yosemite St Exit
Stay in the Right Lane on the Exit Ramp
Turn Right onto Yosemite St
Merge left from the Right Turn Lane Only
Proceed South on Yosemite approximately 1 1/4 miles
Turn Right at driveway entrance to the 1st medical building on your right ( there is a large monument sign with DERMATOLOGY listed on the top of the right column )

From the NORTH ( Locations such as Centennial, DTC, Denver, Fort Collins, Littleton, Thornton )
Travel SOUTH on I-25 to the Lincoln Ave Exit ( # 193 )
Stay in the Right Lane on the Exit Ramp
Turn Right onto Lincoln Ave
NOTE: The first traffic signal is Park Meadows Drive ( Do NOT turn onto Park Meadows Dr )
Merge left from the Right Turn Lane Only
Proceed West on Lincoln Ave to S Yosemite Street ( 4th traffic signal )
Turn Right at the intersection of Lincoln Ave & S Yosemite St
